Terms
• Arrivals / Departures at High Season: Saturdays.
• Minimum stay in high season: 1 Week / 7 nights.
• Arrivals / Departures out of season: No restrictions.
• Minimum Stay out of season: Two nights.
• Discount available for stays longer than one week.
• Arrivals from 15.00 until 19.00 hours. In the case of delay is essential to contact the person responsible for the key to guaranteed to deliver it.
• Departure until 11.00 hours.
• On delivery of a key security deposit is required.
• The building and its contents should be left the same conditions as received, otherwise in case of damage the respective costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
• If the number of occupants of the property exceed the number of people confirmed / reserved, the owner reserves the right to refuse admission.
• Towels are NOT available to the beach / pool.
• Pets are welcome in selected apartments, since previously reported and confirmed with the owner.
Payment
• 50% of the total value to book.
• The remaining 50% paid until the day of arrival.
• Payments must be made by: Deposit / Bank Transfer.
• Different terms applicable in Specials Occasional / Discounts
Cancellation fee
Until 60 days before arrival .............................. 10% of reserves
Until 45 days before arrival .............................. 20% of reserves
Until 30 days before arrival .............................. 50% of reserves
Until 21 days before arrival .............................. 70% of reserves
Less than 21 days before arrival ................... 100% of reserves
